Back Training RoutineWithout a doubt, the back is one of the hardest body parts to train, next to legs. It is not even the amount of energy it takes to perform the exercises needed to train, but the added factor of being unable to see you back as you train can be discouraging to many. Simply remember that a back training routine is imperative in achieving a great looking and healthy physique.Dumbbell RowBegin your workout with this exercise. This will begin to heavily fatigue the back muscles, so only do 3 sets at 8 repetitions on each set. This will still allow you to retain alot of energy for the following exercises.Lat Pull DownsThe next exercise that is done is lat pull downs using a wide grip, but not going down to the kinked part. Usually two warm up sets are done prior to the working set. Make sure to use perfect form, and do not swing the bar down, but keep it controlled.PullupThe pullup is key in obtaining the wide back many individuals desire. These can be done with weight attatched to the body or without, but either way should be done in 3 sets, reptetitions performed until failure.
