Hello people.

In this lesson, i will share with you some basic muscle building routine tips. This is a really crucial lesson if you realize the importance of muscle building routines. Muscle building routines are the framework of your plan to build and gain muscle mass.

Firstly, muscle building routines are actually the outline of your plans. This outline includes the number of days you want to visit the gym, the number of hours you want to spend in the gym, which days you will workout and which muscle groups you will workout on specific days.


An example of a badly planned muscle building routine. I will hit the gym 2 days a week in the gym . I will train mainly my chests, my arms and my back. This is an incomplete muscle building routine that is not productive. To achieve fast results, you will need complete plans. Example, I will go to the gym 2 days in a week. On monday, i will spend 2 hours training my chests and triceps. I will rest on tuesday, wednesday and thursday. On friday, i will spend 1 ½ hours training my back and my biceps. On every friday, i will try to increase my weights by 5%. This is a complete muscle building routine that will lead you to continuous gain in muscle mass.


Do not pay money for exaggerated supplements or programs that promise you fast muscle gains. I have experienced the blood rush from the promising headlines of “muscles in 1 week”. However, try to think about it seriously. If you can build a muscular and lean body in 1 week, there wouldn't be any fat or skinny people in the world. Damn, anyone here can not afford 50 bucks for a beautiful body?


Lastly, muscle building routines are available over the internet. Do proper research and pick those that are at your level. If you are a beginner, do not follow advanced muscle building routines. The main point here is to pick one that can benefit you the most. In my following lessons, i am going to reveal some muscle building routines for all of you.
