Hello everyone, today i will share with all of you the perfect muscle building diet for maximum muscle gains. Many of you should have noticed now that your diet plays a big part of your goal of gaining lean muscle mass. However, do you know how much of protein, carbohydrates or fats do you require? Lets learn this now!

Firstly, let us talk about the most important, protein. In a meal, you should take in at least 50 grams of protein. By having enough protein in your meal, you are increasing your metabolism rate. Protein burns two times the energy that carbohydrate does. As a result, you will store less fats in your body. Try to achieve the protein rate from fish, eggs and beef. Try to rely less on supplements.

Next, we have come to carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are our main sources of energy. Without sufficient carbohydrates, you will not have enough energy for your daily activities, not to mention your muscle building workouts. Do not go on a low carbohydrate diet. Our body burns carbohydrates for energy. However, without sufficient amounts of carbohydrates, muscle tissues can be used as a replacement. By ensuring that you have a stable carbohydrate intake, you can rest assure your hard-earned muscles do not get exchanged for energy.

Lastly, the most hated part of our diets. Fats. Ever tried hard to stay away from fats totally? This will not work for muscle building. By taking in correct amounts of fat, you will boost your testosterone levels which leads to better muscle growth. 30% of our daily meals should consist of fats. However, you are advised to stay away from transfats. Transfats are commonly found in food like french fries and crackers. Achieve your 30% fats from monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.
