Creamy zucchini bacon mushroom pasta

Cook Penne. set aside.
Fry half chopped onion.
handful of chopped bacon.
grated zucchini.
2 handfuls chopped mushrooms.
tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley.
bit of lemon zest.
dash of white wine. reduce.
a few glugs of chicken stock. reduce
2 tablespoons of cream. simmer for a few minutes.
salt and pepper
then dump in the pasta and mix.
serve with grated parmesan.
