Hanging – this is simple but very effective in stretching your spinal column. Just reach a hang bar that is high enough so that your body can fully extend.

Touch toe – standing with your hand high above your head and simply reach your toes without bending your legs.

Two Straight Legs Up – Lie strait down of the floor. Gently raise your feet together as high as you can.

Down hill – Stand straight with your two arms behind you then bend your torso as low as possible and gently raising your hand up at your back.

Before it is believed that there is no hope that you can increase in height after you reached puberty. However, through thorough researches and innovative inventions, it is now possible.
