To begin with, growth hormones are the most important hormones in our body, it is secreted by pituitary gland and are 190 amino acids. These hormones are responsible for several complex physiologic developments as well as growth and metabolism.
Human growth hormone of also known as HGH are responsible not only on human growth and metabolism it also maintain lean body mass, anti aging and promotes general health.
There is a substance called Argentine which promotes or enhances human growth hormone (HGH) levels. This substance functions as a secretagoue. The body’s pituitary gland which are responsible for secreting the growth hormones, produce growth hormones but it just stock in the gland and does not release it. It needs secretagoue like argentine to release it and eventually.
There are several ways you can do to make increase your argentine level in the body, making your pituitary glands release more growth hormones.
Diet. First is to watch what you eat. Good diet is the most important thing in increasing your argentine level. Arginine is found in high protein foods. These foods should be included into your diet:
Nuts – peanuts, walnuts, brazilnuts, coconut, almonds, pine nuts
Animal products – milk, cheese, egg, pork, beef, chicken, fish, turkey, other sea foods
Cereals – oats, wheats
Chocolate
Legumes – mung beans, soybeans and chickpeas
Sleep. Growth hormones are released during our sleep. If you want to increase or interrupt your system in releasing human growth hormone, it is important for you not to cut short your sleep. Always have a good enough sleep. Moreover we are depriving our body to have its repair, because our body do its daily maintenance
during our sleep.
Exercise. The greatest contributing factor when it comes to releasing of growth hormones is exercise. Intense exercises that will raise your heart rate such as biking, swimming, running are proven to trigger the release of the growth hormones.
Growth hormones production can be stimulated through natural ways such as diets, having enough sleep and a good exercise. You do not have to buy medicines or injectibles that will stimulate growth hormones. They will only give you harmful side effects and most probably would waste money if they don’t work.
