Most people spend lost of money on expensive anti-cellulite creams, liposuctions and even massages and therapies. They even do lots of home remedy treatments just to eliminate those ugly cellulites especially on thighs, hips and buttocks.

But little they did know that you can eliminate those ugly cellulites through exercise. And some of these cellulite exercises can be done right at the convenient of your homes.

Here are some of the exercises you can do to eliminate cellulites:


  • Cardio vascular exercises like biking, swimming, hiking, running, jogging, walking and so much more. These exercises are believe effectively eliminate excess fats.


  • Squats are best to eliminate fats specifically on hips buttocks and thighs which most of the cellulites are visible. To do this, stand up holding weights on your shoulders and set your feet apart approximately 2 feet apart. Bend your knees until you reach a squat like position. Keep your butt out and your torso upright. Inhale as you lower your body and exhale as you stand up.


  • Step Ups is another easy exercise for your glutes and thighs. It is just as easy as walking but with weights on your hands and lifting your body with one foot on the platform. To add more intensity to this exercise you may add the weights that you are holding or replacing the platform with much higher than you usually use.


  • Lunges are more difficult or considered as a little advance exercise for glutes and hamstrings and also on the back of the legs. To do this place one foot in front of you and lower your knee that is the leg behind until the leg in front is parallel to the floor.


  • Hip extensions are best exercise on your buttock and glutes. To do this, stand up and place your arms toward the wall. Lift one leg backwards for about 35 to 45 degrees and hold it for 5 seconds. Do this in 10 repetitions on both legs.


  • One-legged deadlifts are excellent for hamstrings, glutes, and buttocks and lower back. To do this, stand and put one of your legs behind and lightly touch the floor with your toe. Reach your toe in front of you while keeping your back and shoulders straight. Reach as far as you can go.


  • Kickboxing is an excellent whole body work out. Not just your lower body but also your abs, upper back and your arms. This kind of exercise is not only beneficial on your cellulite but it is also fun and enjoyable.

Cellulites are easy to deal with. You don’t have to spent a lot of money just to eliminate them just do these exercise regularly together with proper diet and you will be amazed how fast those ugly cellulite be eliminated.
