Classroom: How To Build Muscle Fast - Muscle Building Tips And Guide

In all of my lessons, i have stressed the importance of muscle building routines. However, in this lesson, i am going to reveal another important factor of muscle growth to all of you. The key to muscle growth is muscle recovery.

During our muscle building workouts, our muscles get teared and damaged. However, this does not make our muscles grow. Before our muscles grow, we need them to recover from their tears. This is the time when they recover to be bigger and harder. As you can see, recovery is an important aspect of bodybuilding. Next, i will share with you some of my muscle recovery tips.

  • Sleep at least 8 hours.

Sleeping is the most effective way to allow your muscles to recover. Grab at least 8 hours of sleep during a workout day. Depending on your preferences, you can also take some slow release proteins before you sleep to make protein available for your body throughout your sleep. This stimulates the growth of your muscles.

  • Drink water.

On a workout day, drink higher amounts of water to ensure that your body and muscle cells are hydrated.

  • Stretching for soreness.

After a muscle building workout, you will experience muscle soreness. For mild soreness, do some light stretching to increase the blood flow within your muscles and to get rid of latic acid. However, if you feel sharp pains in your muscles, you probably injured your muscles and you should provide at least 1 week of rest for your muscles to recover fully.

  • Eat meals with higher amounts of protein.

Protein are the building blocks of muscles. Although they will not help you relieve your muscle soreness, they will stimulate better muscle growth during the recovery.

Remember, overtraining will not benefit you and your muscles. By overtraining, your muscles are being damaged further before they have repaired themselves. As a result, your muscles will not grow. Muscle growth aside, overtraining might cause injuries that can take you out for a long time.
