Classroom: How To Build Muscle Fast - Muscle Building Tips And Guide

Our chest muscles are the most popular muscles that men love to build. A strong chest increases physical attractiveness and sense of security to women. This is one of the reasons why many men are desperate to lose their "man boobs". Chest muscles are fairly large and require some dedicated attention to them before you see them shaping up nicely. In this lesson, i will share with you a muscle building workout targetted at our chest muscles.

The first exercise for our chest muscles would be the bench press. The bench press is a common favourite exercise as it works out more than one muscle group. The bench press works out our chests, shoulder, triceps and also our bicep muscles if we change the gripping width. The bench press is considered a compound exercise and is very effective if you want to gain muscle mass. There are 3 types of bench presses in total.

Firstly, the normal bench press is the most popular. It targets our chest muscles as a whole and they are perfect for beginners.

The inclined bench press is targetted at our upper chest muscles. Do not be surprised if you realise that you can only lift much lighter for inclined bench presses. The upper chest muscles are small and hence, you will need to lower your weights from the normal bench press.

The declined bench press is targetted at our lower chests. A well trained lower chests provides the cleavage along the bottom of your chests.

The second most effective exercise for the chest muscles that i can think of will be the inclined dumbbell flyes. Lie on a bench, with 2 dumbbells in your hands. Hold the dumbbells high up with your arms straightened. Next, open your arms wide and allow the weight of the dumbbells to apply pressure on your chest muscles. Return to starting position by flexing your chest muscles to bring both of your arms together again.

These 2 exercises have been tested to work well for your chests. For muscle mass, do the bench press followed by the dumbbell flyes for stronger and well defined chests. For people who are doing the bench press for the first time, make sure that you have a spotter with you. Although the bench press might seem like an easy exercise, you will find it hard to get into the momentum fast. Try these 2 exercises during your next trip to the gym for stronger chest muscles!
