Namaste Yoga:

Namaste yoga originates from the Indian greeting. Namaste yoga is as advantageous as any other kind of yoga. The word “Namaste” refers to "I bow to you". It is most often used when greeting someone or at the time of departing. It’s a kind of regard which we show with our hands held jointly in a steeple position and bowing at the same time. The word “Namaste” is uttered while doing Yoga. This type of posture is normally practiced in the beginning and at the conclusion of Yoga class. One can do Namaste as a meditation practice to go deeper inside the spirit chakra.

It is based on Hatha Vinyasa Yoga style, which is another specific type of yoga. This style of Yoga uses breathing as a channel from which the body will follow. There are numerous types of Yoga, which have been found to be a very valuable exercise. But this Namaste Yoga has been one of the most admired types for all the fitness benefits it gives to a person. This type of Yoga is a kind of Thai Massage. The origin of Namaste Yoga can be traced back to around 3000 years ago.

As with any variety of yoga, it ought to be remembered that it is an approach of life, rather than just something you do to stay flexible and in figure. It is not that if you are not serious about Yoga then you shouldn't do it. Of course, anyone can do and benefit from it. On the other hand, if you are attracted or concerned about Namaste yoga, you are probably not just looking to get in shape. As accurately performing the different yoga positions is not easy, it requires practice on a daily basis until you are able to do with least difficulty.

Advantages:

This type of yoga is very attractive to a large number of people since it comes with a elegant music and with a calming voice guiding you through each pose. You also get visual directions by watching expert Hatha yoga followers maneuver each sequence along with you.

The additional benefits of Namaste Yoga are greater relaxation and a clear mind at the conclusion of the program. Yoga is not simply physical exercise alone but it's a mental exercise too.
