Natural Hair Loss Cures

Today, people are leaning towards products that contain natural ingredients from the earth, such as saw palmetto and other botanicals. Natural herbs and botanicals combined together can formulate a solution that not only stops hair loss, but aids in restoring hair growth.

The fingernail rub:

One intriguing technique for stopping breakage and growing hair is rubbing the fingernails of your left and right hand together. Apparently there are nerves under your nails that are wired to your scalp. With a little folding of your palms while they are facing each other, quickly rub your nails against together for approximately seven minutes two times per day. In about four weeks, you should begin to notice a difference in your hair. They say this method will even bring back your natural color. No harm in giving it a try. It is natural and its free.

Coconut Milk:

Grind coconut into a paste and strain through a fine cloth to extract the milk. Put directly on the scalp, letting it remain for approximately two hours. Rinse it out, but do not shampoo until twenty-four hours later. In the meantime, the coconut oil will be working to condition and strengthen your hair and stop hair loss. If your hair problem is severe, use this method once per week. Otherwise once or twice per month is recommended.

Onion and rum:

Put small pieces of a medium onion into a cup of rum, then set aside for twenty-four hours. Remove the onion and massage the rum into your scalp. It is said this method stops grey hair and prevents hair loss.

Brandy and an egg:

Combine one cup of brand and one egg. Add this mixture to your scalp and massage it in. Leave in place for thirty minutes to one hour, then shampoo. Helps in hair regrowth.

Coconut, mustard and castor oil:

Combine in equal parts the above ingredients. Apply to the scalp and massage it in. Leave on overnight and shampoo out in the morning. Do this once per week to deliver powerful nutrients and cure hair loss.

Natural herbal compound:

Mix these natural herbs together in equal measurements according to weight:

  • Soap Nut

  • Indian Gooseberry

  • Acacia

Combine and store in a cool dry area. Every week, add two to three tablespoons to water and apply to the hair. Strain the water through a cloth and apply to the hair. leave on for thirty minutes then rinse with plain water. These natural herbs lend significant revitalization to the hair, prevents hair loss, and makes your hair smooth and strong.

Gooseberries and fenugreek seeds:

Soak these ingredients together all night in water. In the morning, grind it into a paste. this makes a great shampoo that strengthens the roots and prevents hair from falling out.

Nasturtium:

Take a cup of nasturtium leaves and boil in water for about twenty minutes. Strain after cooling. Use a cotton ball and dab on the scalp daily. It give nourishment to the hair and stop breakage.

Other natural hair loss cures include meditation, healthy diet, and stress relief. Extreme and relentless stress can cause the hair to fall out. To prevent this occurrence, find a way to remove or reduce the stress that is harming your hair, as well as your health.
