Hello people,
In this lesson, i will share with all of you proven tips that can help you gain muscle mass fast. Firstly, please remember that muscle building requires constant perserverance. I can only provide you with the tips to build muscles as quickly as possible. Do not expect results after 2 weeks and quit when you get disappointed.

Beginners strategy.
Firstly, total beginners to muscle building should adopt a different strategy as compared to advanced and intermediate builders. I define beginners as people who rarely workout in the gym with a muscle building routine. Beginners should start off with full body strength training to strengthen your body and to prepare it for your constant gym workouts. Try circuit training in the gym to prepare your body. Start off with lower intensity workouts for every muscle group in your body for a month.
Overworking.
Overworking is a common mistake by most beginners. Overworking comes to all of us naturally. When we reach a growth plateau, we start to increase the number of workouts in our muscle building routine. This leads to overtraining. Our muscles grow when they recover from the tears that they suffer during our workouts. By maintaining a optimum training routine, your muscles will tear and recover at the most effective rates.
Diets and supplements.
Bodybuilding is not only a sport. When i say this, i mean that you really have to adjust your diets to maximise your growing capabilities. Muscles will require calories to grow. If you are taking in too little calories, it is time to increase your intake! A rough estimate would be your weight multiplied by fifteen. This is the amount of calories you should eat everyday for maximum muscle growth. If you go above the number, you might be growing fats instead. Adjust your meals to those of higher protein intake instead of fats. Proteins are the building blocks of muscles!
