How to lose weight? This is a question many people had in mind. Crash Diets, weight loss plans and sudden increase in exercise are some of the things that you can do but these are not recommendable and most doctors say as dangerous. Many have tried the examples given above but they have a common thing to say; that it is stressful to do and it is time consuming
Good thing is that there is internet; which is always available, handy and where we can find many sorts of information that can help us. As I surf through the internet, my focus is caught by the words “Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis’’. Hypnotherapy is a therapy that is undertaken with a subject in hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural occurring state of concentration; it's actually a means of enhancing your control over both your mind and your body. These are some of the ways how hypnosis or self hypnosis can help: First is creating a self-fulfilling prophecy or start to feel better about you; this will help you to lose weight and, of course, losing weight will help you to feel even better about who you are and what you can achieve. The whole thing becomes a very positive cycle which goes round and round. Most people expect to have to lose weight in order to feel good about them. To summarize, when you start to feel good about yourself, weight loss, health and happiness often follow. Second is Positive thinking, Positive thinking about weight and diet. Stop worrying about your weight and about weight loss and start looking forward to losing weight and achieving your goals. Third is learning to be more relaxed about weight loss and weight management because if you are worrying about your condition you will just end up with stress, which is bad for the health and also a major cause of bad diet and comfort eating. Last is developing a new self image. See yourself in the future after losing weight and make that your desired future outcome.
There are also some weight loss Hypnosis CD’s that are available in the market. They are made by psychologists practicing hypnosis. These products are promising good results and they can be used for both old and young
Hypnosis can help you achieve various healthy lifestyle changes like weight lost. It can usually be done with a hypnotist or if a person knows how to do it he can also hypnotize his own self. There are several documentaries of people tried it saying that it work.
