5 tips of loosing weight include

  1. Do not indulge urself in fast food more than once in a week

  2. Try to include more fibre in your diet

  3. Do exercise atleast 3-4 days a week (especially in the morning)

  4. Take your dinner light i.e less carbohydrates and atleast 2 hours before sleeping.

  5. Take small six meals instead of big 3 meals
