5 tips of loosing weight include
- Do not indulge urself in fast food more than once in a week
- Try to include more fibre in your diet
- Do exercise atleast 3-4 days a week (especially in the morning)
- Take your dinner light i.e less carbohydrates and atleast 2 hours before sleeping.
- Take small six meals instead of big 3 meals
