Classroom: How To Build Muscle Fast - Muscle Building Tips And Guide

Hello everyone,

we are reaching the end of my lessons and here is one lesson to summarize all the best ways to build muscle fast. This lesson will tell you what are the different aspects of bodybuilding and how you can optimize all of them for fast and progressive muscle gains. Let us begin now!

The Workout Itself

Firstly, the most important aspect of bodybuilding would be the muscle building workout itself. You will need a routine that is well planned, to bring about consistent increases in muscle gains. A muscle building routine will plan your workout days, time frame for workouts, exercises, sets and increases in intensity. Beginners and intemediate bodybuilders require different routines for different purposes. If you are a beginner, focus on strength gains first before you think of muscle mass gains.

Your Muscle Building Diet

Your muscle building diet will be the second most important aspect of bodybuilding. Most bodybuilders will tell you that "You are what you eat". This is totally true! To gain muscle mass quickly and consistently, you will need to have a diet planned with muscle building foods. For example, you will need to eat 6 meals instead of the normal 3 meals in a day. Also, the meals you eat will have to contain at least 30 grams of high quality protein and some healthy fats. Without a correct diet in place, there is no way you will gain muscle mass even if you have the best muscle building routines!

Rest times

Lastly, you should focus on getting enough rest for your muscles to grow. As they always say, your muscles grow when there are recovering, not when they are being worked out. If you are serious about gaining muscle mass and achieving a ripped body, you need to change your daily habits. For optimal rest, try to sleep at least 8 hours a day, before midnight. Sleeping 8 hours a day after midnight would be equivalent to only 4 hours of sleep. Next, the rest times between your muscle building routines are also important. You can not expect your muscles to grow if you go to the gym and damage them everyday. Always have a day of rest between each workout day so that your muscles will have sufficient time to recover from the damages.

This 3 aspects of bodybuilding should not be left forgotten. If you need some muscles quick, do not leave any of these out. Commit yourself to your goals and enjoy appreciating the results!
