Women fitness exercises are all over the internet. However, do you know which exercise burns calories best? How about the correct exercise that can help you get into shape? To start earning that body you've always dreamed of, you'll need a total body workout.
We will do some exercises that will help tone your arms, abdominals, thigh and butt muscles.
Push ups and lying tricep extensions
For the lying tricep extensions, lie on a flat bench. Your legs should be side to support your body. Hold a dumbbell in both hands. Extend your arms straight, holding the dumbbell upwards. Next, slowly lower your arms by bending your elbows. When the dumbbell has reached the height of your ears, push it back up to complete the repetition. Try doing 4 sets of 10 repetitions. If you are able to do push ups, do 2-3 sets of push ups after this.
Bicycles
This exercise is said to be the number 1 top exercise for your abdominals. First, lie flat on the floor. bend your knees at 90 degrees in a crunch position. This is the starting position for the bicycle. Next, straighten and extend your right leg towards your front as though you are kicking. While extending your leg, perform a crunch towards your left knee. To complete the exercise, bend your right knee back to the original position and extend your left leg instead. This exercise is not easy to do at all! It takes practice to balance yourself properly.
Side leg circles
This exercise helps tone your core muscles together with your thigh muscles. First, lie on the floor, with the left side of your body. Please your left arm on the floor to support your head. In this position, your head should be resting on your left hand. Raise your right leg to 7 inches high. To start the exercise, make small circles with your right leg. Go clockwise before you switch to the anti-clockwise direction.
Ski squats
For our last exercise, we wil be doing the ski squats. Ski squats are one of the best butt toning exercises. To perform the ski squat, you'll require a wall to lean on. First, stand 2 inches away from a wall. Lean against the wall with your back. To start the exercise, squat till your knees are bent to a 90 degree angle. Push yourself up to complete the repetition.
By doing some of these fitness exercises regularly, you will tone and firm your body muscles and improve your fitness!
