A Women fitness training plan can help you see double the results in just half the time. Let us relate this to our everyday life. Planning is so important! By waking up in the morning without a plan, you'll probably be wasting your day away. The same goes for fitness. If you workout as and when you want to, you will not be achieving much results. In this lesson, i will share with you the important aspects of women fitness that you must include in your women fitness training plan.

1. The Number Of Days To Workout

FIrstly, you'll have to decide on a weekly schedule and stick to it! I suggest that you workout at least two to three times a week. This will help you with consitent improvements in your fitness. If you do not commit yourself to a standard number of workout days, you'll probably be working out only once in 2 weeks.

2. Which Days To Workout

Next, you will have to decide which day of the week will you workout. This is also important. As you know, our body requires rest. It will not be wise to workout for monday, tuesday and wednesday in a row. No one understands your body better. If you think you can take 2 days in a row, go ahead! Remember to check your workout schedule with your daily schedule. This will ensure that you do not end up using work as an excuse to miss workout days.

3. Decide The Type Of Workout On Specific days

Fitness requires all rounded workouts. You will need to do cardio, stretching and weight training. Hence, you should decide on the types of workout for each workout day. There are some options here. For example, you can choose to do cardio on Monday, weight training on Tuesdays and both of them on Fridays. Again, how effective your workout routine is will depend on your individual body.

4. Decide On The Improvements you want to make

Without improvements, you'll be working out for nothing. For men, they will have to plan and moniter the increase of weights used in the gym as a guage for improvement. On the other hand, you will need to moniter your intensity of exercise. When your workouts get too easy for you, increase the intensity for further improvements

Remember, nothing goes well when you do not plan! A women fitness training plan will help you progress with your goals! Look at the amounts of planning it takes to succeed below!
