Makes 12mix in bowl...
1 cup SRF (1 cup plain flour with 2 tsp of baking powder)
2 cups grated zucchini
1 onion - chopped and fried.
grated cheese - tasty- 125g
.bit of paprika. salt and pepper
1/2 cup of oil
4 eggs.
stir up into batter.
spoon into greased muffin tray.
cook for15-20mins at 200C
optional extra -some bacon.
